  • You will receive a confirmation email from us. Also, our staff will contact you to verify all the given information.
  • Upon verification, you get the reservation confirmation and Invoice/payment voucher through email or fax. [To receive the original travel documents by courier outside Maldives, you are required to borne by you in advance]


PAYMENT PROCESS- (Note: Please go through terms & conditions for more details)

  • You pay us 100% of your total booking expenses in advance upon reservation.
  • While booking, a non-refundable and non-transferable 40% deposit of the total Rate is required to secure the booking.
  • Remaining 60% balance should be paid 60 days prior to your arrival to double-confirm booking and all are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Holistic Travel & Tours will make every effort to accommodate minor changes to the reservation up to 60 days prior to arrival. Any changes if required within the 60-day time period, an additional administration cost of 25% is applicable on the total expenses.
  • Members who reserved, if fail to show or wish to leave early, no refund is allowed.
  • Should the booked reservation fail to materialize no refund can be given.
  • Additional members along with the reserved guests, without a confirmation from our reservation department or on arrival into Country, Holistic Travel & Tours will not accommodate them.


  • All payments shall be made to our head office/country representative office/ representative or via swift telegraphic transfer (TT) Or Filling the Credit Card Authorization form to confirm the payment on or at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival. And identify the invoices for which the payment is made.
  • The customer may send the money to us through Swift Bank Transfer to our bank account. In such cases a copy of bank activity report/swift copy/receipt may kindly be faxed / e-mailed to us for our file records and further follow up with our banker. Customers are requested to be sure that the money must be remitted to our bank account at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival until any flexibility authorized by Holistic Travel and Holistic Maldives Pvt. Ltd otherwise. While transferring the money kindly also make sure that all bank service charges are to be bared by the party transferring the money to us. Any difference in invoice value and received money has to be settled by the customer.
  • In special cases, if agreed by our personnel the balance amount can also be paid either in cash OR through Travelers Cheques upon arrival in the country in US Dollars or any other foreign currency, acceptable by the banks in the country. Incase the customer wish to make payment in local currency; a Money Exchange Certificate issued by any authorized bank for equivalent amount will be required along with a copy of passport of the customer making payments to us.


  • Proper intimation to our reservation/accounts department on or before 75 Days in case of group booking and 70 Days in case of individual booking only is eligible for Cancellation/Refund.
  • All the refunds will be transferred via bank to bank after deducting bank charges and administration cost of 5% of the total amount paid by customer.


  • A copy of the invoice, payment receipt will be sent to you through e-mail after the payment process. Original copies will be given upon your arrival in the country. We will transfer a copy of your service vouchers to the respective hotels/resorts/safari vessel/airline and other service providers for further arrangements. If you wish to receive your original travel documents by courier outside Maldives, the courier expenses etc. will have to be barred by you in advance.


  • When you arrive at the Male’ International Airport, we will escort and transfer to your resort/hotel through the travel mode you opted for. (Like speedboat or by sea plane) For the International Hotels other than Maldives- our company representative in that country will escort you to the hotel. If have any special assistance or services from us, please inform us in advance during the booking time.
